Humanitarian Interpreter Glossary apps

The apps cover more than 1300 terms in the areas of administration, body, countries, health, and the general domain. Users can listen to recordings of these terms in the different languages so they learn how to pronounce the terms or understand them when spoken.

The apps also function offline (except for the audio feature).

On iOS, Safari is the only supported browser at the moment. When you click one of the buttons above, you will see a page similar to this:

Tapping the first button will install AppSheet. Then you have to come back and tap the button for the installation of the actual app, which will then instruct you to create a shortcut on the home screen. It will look like this:
